Login to Ticket System to check on a ticket or update.

Access to following success tools (may require supervisor approval):

  • Navigate
  • AriesWeb comments access (Student Advising Notes)
  • Advising listserv and website
  • “Advising Network” Microsoft Team
  • Orientation Dashboard
  • Offboarding
  • “Advising Network” Teams access
  • All events posted on the CSU advising events calendar must be open to the CSU community and the public.
  • Events must be sponsored by a CSU center, college, department, institute, program, or a recognized student club or organization.
  • Events posted at the discretion of the calendar administrator based on availability.

  • recommend a topic at a training or meeting;
  • request a department training

For examples: “best practices for advisors,” “resources available on campus (food pantry, etc.), Navigate availability setup, etc

 

Navigate is the student success software to coordinate campus-wide student support.

  • Updates/Reminders to the Advising Network
  • Subscribe/unsubscribe to Advising at CSU listserv
  • Questions about any communications from Advising Training and Development (meetings, updates, announcements, etc.)
