I had an appointment with one of my students today who’s struggled through 4 years of college. She has ADHD and has tried pretty much every intervention at CSU. She came in this week in a much better place, and she told me she’d found an online resource that had helped her enormously. It’s a YouTube channel called “How to ADHD” put on by Jessica McCabe who has ADHD and has put together all these short “how to” kind of videos that are tailored to ADHD brains. Here are some of the videos my student told me were especially helpful.

And there is also a TED Talk that may be inspiring for any of your students with ADHD: Failing at Normal: An ADHD Success Story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiwZQNYlGQI
I thought this might be helpful to pass on to some of your students.
